Orr is a lifelong resident of Kingman and is the founder of K.C. Orr Builders Inc. He has been working in the residential and commercial industry since 1983. Prior to owning his own business he was a Project Manager for Orr Construction. K.C. received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University in 1980. With personal on-site project management, K.C. is loyal and committed to each of his projects and looks forward to providing his clients with a finished product of quality that will exceed their expectations. Project Manager/Estimator – Benny DeBaca Jr. Benny DeBaca Jr. has been with K.C. Orr Builders Inc. since 2005. He is responsible for the company’s commercial construction, estimating and management. Given his 23 years in the design and construction management field, he brings a combination of creative thinking, the ability to foresee and solve problems, and a common sense approach in delivering a finished product in a timely and efficient manner. Although Benny’s talents include getting design-build projects off the ground from inception through the design-engineering and permitting process, he also has strengths in keeping subcontractors on schedule and within budget. Benny has substantial history with numerous local commercial and industrial projects that make him a valuable asset and a solid team player. Superintendent – Gary Dershaw Gary Dershaw has worked for K.C. Orr Builders, Inc. since 1997. He has developed a close working relationship with the subcontractors to ensure the best quality performance is done. Prior to working for K.C. Orr Builders, Inc. Gary owned and operated his own custom cabinet business. He ensures safety, quality, and satisfaction is performed on each of the job sites. Office Manager/Contract Administration– Bridget Bruce Bridget Bruce has been with K.C. Orr Builders, Inc. since 2004. Bridget is responsible for the company’s management, accounting and contract administration. With her exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills she ensures error free tracking, recording, and job costing, inclusive of the accounting and billing processes. Bridget’s overall experience in the construction field and close working relationships with clientele make her a vital part of the operation.
