A second-generation contractor, K.C. Orr has been exposed to the contracting industry since he was 10 years of age, when he began working beside his father in the family's construction business.

TEAM MEMBERS

Owner – K.C. Orr

K.C. Orr is a lifelong resident of Kingman and is the founder of K.C. Orr Builders Inc.  He has been working in the residential and commercial industry since 1983.  Prior to owning his own business he was a Project Manager for Orr Construction.   K.C. received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University in 1980.  His primary goal for his company is to provide value and surpass the expectations of his customers by providing quality craftsmanship.  K.C. is loyal and committed to each of his projects and he looks forward to providing his customers with a finished product that will exceed their needs.

Project Coordinator – Benny DeBaca Jr.

Benny DeBaca Jr. has been with K.C. Orr Builders Inc. for 2 years.  He is responsible for all of the company’s commercial construction estimating and management.  Thru his 23 years in the design and construction management field, he brings a combination of creative thinking when it comes to design, the ability of foresight and problem solving, and the common sense approach to delivering the finish product in a timely and proficient manner.  Benny’s primary talents lay in getting design-build projects off the ground from the inception on thru to the design-engineering and permitting process.  Benny has incredible history here locally with numerous commercial and industrial projects that make him a valuable asset and solid team player.

Project Manager – Gary Dershaw

Gary Dershaw has worked for K.C. Orr Builders Inc. since 1997.  He has developed a close working relationship with the subcontractors to ensure that the best quality performance is done.   Prior to working for K.C. Orr Builders Inc. Gary owned and operated his own custom cabinet business. He ensures safety, quality, and satisfaction is performed on each of the job sites.

Contract  Administrator – Bridget Wisner

Bridget Wisner has been with the company for four years.  She works directly with the customers to assist them with each step of the building process from applying for the permit to the final walk-thru.  She meets with the owners and the contractor on a regular basis to ensure there are no discrepancies.  Bridget understands the importance of each project and she strives to exceed the customer’s satisfaction by guiding them through the building process.
