Dear KC,

On behalf of First American Title and all the employees of our Kingman office I wanted to thank you for the job you and your team did on our building.  This “remodel” project was beyond extensive and I think there were times we all thought it would have been easier to bull doze the building and start over.

I cannot speak highly enough of your firm and the work that Benny DeBaca performed as the superintendent for this project.  Through some of the environmental issues we encountered and the prompt attention for remediation, he helped to keep us on track.  I originally thought  your timelines for completion were aggressive, yet in spite of the challenges we uncovered, Benny found solutions and delivered on time.

I have worked with many contractors over the past twenty years and have to say this was the most pleasant experience by far.  The job site was always kept clean and the thoughtfulness and care shown to our employees and customers needs to be commended.  There were minimal disruptions to our business and Benny was gracious enough to provide frequent tours to our employees and customers.

As far as the outcome I think the building speaks for itself.  First American Title has been very committed to the Kingman market over the years and with this transformation I feel we have a building that the entire community can be proud of.
